How to get the old Gnome back on Ubuntu 12.04?

Just tried the new Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, and the new Unity desktop. Unity desktop the latest choice of the Ubuntu devs seems to be more optimized for the touch based devices. If you liked the taste of your previous Gnome Classic much more than the new Unity desktop. It’s quite easy to switch over.

Gnome Classic, is popularly known as the Gnome Fallback the one that was default in Ubuntu 10.04. It has an access menu kind of structure, with folders and categories to organize the apps. Unlike the much new Gnome Unity, which looks more like a mobile device.
